Day 107: Ooops... I forgot to write on day 100

When I first started writing in this journal, I made it a point to make day 100 special. Hehe... I forgot! Well, let's see if I can remember what happened that day. I think day 100 was a Monday... and since it was a day after I shot, it wasn't too exciting. I think the highlight of my day was taking a 3 hour nap.

I went to the doctor again last week and he recommended that I stay on the medication for another two months. Progress is pretty good so far. Before I started the medication, my virus count was about 970,000 units. Now, 4 months later, my virus count is 7,600. It's a logarithmic drop and should continue to decline. Hopefully, I can get to 0 counts of virus in the next two months.

Oh yeah... here's a link to one of the first journals I read when I found out I was going to take interferon. (Bob's Journal) He seems to have had it worse than I am now. I think he was doing 3 shots a day, versus my 3 shots a week. The journal is taken from an Interferon information page.
